Anxiety attack, It’s not good. I feel trapped and isolated in here. It’s not as bad as the last one when I couldn’t do anything, but I need to get out of my own head. How do I get out of my head? :(

Just go and stare at your 911 for a few minutes and remember you own a gold mine!

Focus on one singular thing that requires most or all of your attention. A game, a show, a project, reading, or even a really complex colouring book.
*hugs*

Going for a walk sometimes helps. Music sometimes helps. Having a shower. Putting on a movie or show that you know will be particularly engrossing. Anything that will change your environment and force you to respond to things differently. If I can make my brain react to different things, it can make it easier to change my thought processes and stop the attack. I think the trick is to take charge of your own head, instead of getting out of it. Getting out of it is done with distractions and won’t solve anything. Sorry for how disjointed this is, I’ve never tried putting my thoughts around this into words. Anyways, I hope it helps.

Is there something fun to do in your area?

Personally I found that if I find something to occupy the technical side of my mind, it helps. Can’t turn it off so refocus it. I built legos until...well shit I still do.
Take something apart or do crossword. Puzzles. Fix that coolant leak. reorganize the room. Anything.
The bitch is when depression accompanies it and you’re looking for something to do but fuck all that noise I don’t want to do anything etc etc.

Go for a walk? Find something nice to do for someone else?

Make the most sophisticated sandwich that the contents of your fridge allow, and eat the shit out of it while watching your favourite TG episode!

Nap my friend. I have the same problem sometimes, usually if I get a nap in, I'm in a much better mood.

Good advice. Sometimes jigsaws or Sudokus will help, always good is a simple crafting thing like weaving a basket or so.

Nothing but drive now, but that's starting to fail me. I don't have the money to take meaningless drives anymore.

That's all I've got. Just myself and me in my head and it won't shut up.

What’s going on in there? I find a project and dive into it. Or learn something new via books/internet. Learning to code has been funfun recently. Good luck!

Knowing what beer did the last time, I don't think that'll work this time.
